Scope of Work:
- To facilitate end-user support to achieve technology driven business goals, and ensure that IT incident tickets are owned, tracked, and monitored throughout their life cycle.
- Troubleshooting problems - At the outset provide telephone or distant terminal support (Eg:- Mobile, Email etc.) to the reported IT related problem/ issue and on successful resolution update the Help Desk log accordingly. However, if it cannot be resolved remotely, provide on-site resolution assigning technical staff within a specific time period.
- To keep IT equipment in good working condition in order to optimize efficiency and accuracy. This activity involves regular preemptive maintenance, testing, adjusting and replacing components to avoid breakdowns.
